Finance Director: Nick Latham

Nick joined the Institute for Philanthropy in March 2010. Having achieved a degree in engineering at university he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with one of the ‘big four’ accountancy firms many years ago. After leaving the profession Nick has worked principally in a variety of real estate environments. His experience in a diversified conglomerate, as well as working with a variety of clients, from auditing days and as a departmental director in one of the worlds leading real estate advisors, give him a broad business background. More recently he has been running his own consultancy providing accounting, IT and property services.

Nick has been involved with a number of charities in a variety of financial and real estate roles, as well as taking a leading role on the governing body of a special needs school in Hertfordshire.
